The consulting fee is treated as advance payment, earned against Well World's team's time and services, except in cases of termination for cause.

Fees for unfinished services will be calculated based on professional rates and services rendered, settling any due reimbursements with the customer.

The consulting service fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable unless specified in the signed services agreement.

Refunds are permissible and transferable if the customer withdraws due to force majeure conditions or actions by Well World resulting in errors, undelivered services, negligence accusations, or missed deadlines.

Application Fee, Govt. Fee, Due Diligence Fee, Third Party Payment, and Expenses

These fees and expenses are outside Well World Global Sourcing's responsibility and are subject to independent refund policies.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing, stating the exact reason.

Well World's Consultant will evaluate the claim as per the refund policy and the signed service agreement.

Upon finalizing the refund amount, a Settlement Agreement must be signed by the Customer.

Services will be suspended upon raising a refund claim.

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days.

Full refunds will be issued for technical errors or cases where Well World Global Sourcing is at fault.

Refunds may be claimed for inability or incompetence in service execution, subject to fair compensation evaluation.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via alternative methods where necessary.

Success fees, referral fees, brokerage fees, commissions, or repatriations earned are non-refundable.

The refund policy stated in the service contract is an annex to this policy and is enforceable.

Refund requests due to customer errors will incur an administration charge upon approval.
